Kingdom Life Book & Gift serves the community with a large collection of Christian resources and tools. We carry an extensive selection of Bibles and Bible study aids, as well as artwork, greeting cards, books, music, gifts, clothing and jewelry. Book sections include marriage, parenting, financial, singles, youth, spiritual warfare, Holy Spirit living, popular Christian authors and fiction. Our children’s section offers resources to encourage children to further their awareness of, and relationship with, God. The Book and Gift is staffed with friendly, knowledgeable people who serve the Lord and are devoted to encouraging the Body of Christ.

Kingdom Life Community Resource Center is a faith-based, not-for-profit human services organization founded in 1992 which serves our church family and the surrounding community. The wide array of programs and services offered by the KLCRC are designed to fulfill its mission of empowering people with the knowledge, skills and tools to lead independent, balanced and successful lives.

The programs and services provided by the KLCRC include the areas of parenting, marriage and marriage preparation, education and life-long learning, personal growth and development, finance and budgeting, and addiction recovery.

KLCRC also teams with services in the local community to ensure those who come to us receive access to the best resources available. Through Joseph’s Storehouse (see below), and by working with local human service organizations and agencies, such as the American Red Cross, Beth-El Center, Disability Resource Center and others, we are able to bring solutions to those in need.

Whether attending a KLCRC class, working with a mentor or coach, or participating in a facilitated group session, all who enter our doors are greeted by concerned KLCRC staff and volunteers who work within the principles of Christian faith in action.

Joseph’s Storehouse is our material storage center. Housed in a large warehouse facility located alongside our Maintenance Center, Joseph’s Storehouse is filled with home furnishings to aid our congregation and community. A benevolent outreach crisis situations, Joseph’s Storehouse is a wonderful demonstration of practical Christianity responding to practical needs.

Spirit Academy of Performing Arts is a top-rate multi-studio facility, with an exceptional teaching staff, and increasingly rigorous arts curricula. This facility is equipped with 3,000-square feet of dance studios, music rooms, and lounges for parents. The school provides instruction in all the major disciplines of the performing arts: dance, music, drama, and voice, as well as fitness. Spirit Academy has excellent student productions, including showcases and recitals.

BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA

Kingdom Life Christian Church is a major supporter of the Boy Scouts of America; in addition to financial support, KLCC members serve on the annual fund raising committee, along with the Mayor of Milford and other business and civic leaders. KLCC received Boy Scouts’ Appreciation Award three years consecutively. KLCC’s Boy Scout Troop and Cub Scout Pack 597 were chartered in 2007.
